What we collect
When you contact us or book a consultation
Your name, email address, phone number, company, the details of your enquiry and any files you choose to send.
When you apply for a job
The details in the application form (name, contact details, position, experience, education, current company, expected salary, links you provide, cover letter, availability) and your CV as a PDF file.
When you download a guide, use the Building Safety Self-Check or subscribe to our newsletter
Your email address (and name if given), your answers to the self-check and the resulting score, and your subscription preferences.
When you visit the website
Our own analytics system records the pages you view, the time of your visit, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, your approximate location (country and city derived from your IP address) and your IP address. We use this to understand how the site is used, to keep it secure and to detect abuse. We also record clicks on WhatsApp and telephone links.
If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and, if enabled, the Meta Pixel may also collect usage information under their own policies. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who can see it
Only authorised Prime Base Engineering staff, through a password- and two-factor-protected admin system with role-based access. We use service providers to run the website: our hosting provider (a virtual private server), our email provider and, if you accept optional cookies, Google and Meta. They process data only to provide those services.
How long we keep it

How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS encryption. CVs and documents are stored outside the public part of the server and can be opened only by signed-in staff. Admin access requires a password and a code from an authenticator app on every sign-in, and every change is logged.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for newsletters. Email info@primebasebd.com; we reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
